White label WordPress maintenance for agencies
Our Essential care plan, delivered under your agency's brand. We do the updates, backups, monitoring and security scanning. The reports and the support address carry your name. For agencies with three or more client sites.
In short
- It is the Essential plan under your brand, for three sites or more.
- Branding is included in the price per site.
- The price per site goes down as the number of sites goes up.
- The plan has no edit time. You can add a block of agency hours each month.
White label is our Essential care plan, delivered under your agency's brand. We run the updates, backups, monitoring and security scanning on your clients' WordPress sites. The reports and the support address carry your name.
It is for agencies with three or more client sites that want the upkeep done without hiring for it. If you have one or two sites, the retail plans on the pricing page are the ones to buy.
What is included
For every site:
- Weekly core, plugin and theme updates, with a visual check and rollback.
- Daily offsite backups, kept 30 days.
- Uptime monitoring.
- Security scanning.
- A restore if an update breaks the site.
- A monthly report.
- Reports and the support address under your brand. Branding is included, not an extra.
The price is per site and depends on how many sites you have. It steps down at 10 sites and again at 25, and 50 or more sites get a quote. Annual billing costs less per month than monthly billing. The price for each band is on the pricing page.
You can also add a block of agency hours each month, in two sizes: 5 hours or 10. The hours can be used across all of your sites.
How it works
Step 1: Tell us about your sites
Write to us on the contact page. Say how many sites you have and whether any of them are stores.
Step 2: We confirm the price
The price per site follows from the number of sites. Fifty or more get a quote.
Step 3: Your branding is set up
The reports and the support address are set up under your agency's brand.
Step 4: The upkeep starts
Weekly updates, daily backups, monitoring and scanning begin on each site. A report for each site follows every month.
What it does not cover
- Fixes and edits. Essential has no edit time. That is what a block of agency hours is for.
- Malware cleanup. It is not part of Essential. See malware removal.
- What the larger retail plans add. Updates tested on a staging copy first, and a checkout test after every update, belong to the Business and Store plans.
- One or two sites. Those buy a retail plan.
Common questions
Will my clients see WP Ministry's name?
The monthly reports and the support address carry your agency's brand. That is the branding the plan includes, and it is part of the price per site.
What happens when a client's site needs a fix or a change?
The plan itself has no edit time. Agency hours are a block of hours each month that you can spend on any of your sites, so one block serves all of your clients.
How does the price change as I add sites?
There are three bands: 3 to 9 sites, 10 to 24, and 25 to 49. A larger band has a lower price per site. At 50 sites or more, you get a quote.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Billing is month to month, and you can cancel at any time. Annual billing is there if you want the lower rate.
