About WP Ministry
WP Ministry looks after WordPress sites and fixes them when they break, for a fixed price that is published. It is a US company with its operations team in Asia. This page says who we are, how the work is done and what we do not claim.
In short
- We look after WordPress sites by the month and fix them at a fixed price when something breaks.
- WP Ministry is a US company. The team that answers you and works on your site is in Asia, at its desks through much of the North American night.
- Every price is on one page, and every job starts with a free written diagnosis.
WP Ministry looks after WordPress sites and fixes them when they break. We also publish what we know: guides and error fixes written so that you can do the work yourself if you would rather.
What we do
- Care plans. One site, looked after every month: updates, backups, uptime monitoring and security scanning, with time for fixes and small edits on the larger plans. What each plan covers.
- One-time fixes. A problem solved once, at a fixed price. A fix that does not fix it costs nothing. How a one-time fix works.
- Work for agencies. The same care under your agency's name. White label.
- Project work. Development, design and advice, quoted before it starts. All services.
Every price is on the pricing page.
How the work is done
- You tell us what is wrong, or what you want looked after.
- We reply in writing with what we found and a fixed quote. The diagnosis is free.
- If you go ahead, we do the work and tell you what we did.
Plans are month to month with no minimum term. Work beyond what a plan includes is quoted before it starts.

What we do not claim
- We do not say we are available at all hours.
- We show no reviews or client names until there are ones you can check.
- A page says its steps were tested only when they were run on a real WordPress, and it names the version.
