Send us someone whose WordPress site needs looking after. They get 20% off their first payment, for a care plan or a one-time fix. You are thanked: in credit against your own plan if you are a customer, in money if you are a partner.
What you earn
If you are a customer
For anyone who has bought a care plan or a one-time fix from us.
- When someone you referred joins a care plan, you get one month of that plan as credit against your own, up to $79.
- When they buy a one-time fix, your credit is 20% of what they paid.
- Credit counts 60 days after their payment, and comes off what you next pay for your own plan.
If you are a partner
For agencies, freelancers and hosts who send us their clients. A person reads each application.
- You earn 20% of what each person you refer pays: for a care plan, on every payment in their first 12 months; for a one-time fix, once.
- Earnings count 60 days after each payment.
- They are paid once a month, by PayPal or Wise, when what counts has reached $50.
How it works
Join
Fill in the form on this page. Your code arrives by email: at once if you are a customer, and once a person has approved you if you are a partner.
Share your code
Give it to someone whose WordPress site needs looking after, and say plainly that you are rewarded if they use it.
They use it
They type the code at checkout. If they ask for a diagnosis first, they give us the code when they write and we apply it to their quote.
You are thanked
Your reward counts 60 days after they pay. You can see where it stands at any time on a page of your own.
The terms
A referral is a new customer you sent us. Your own purchases, and purchases by someone who had already bought from us, earn nothing.
A reward waits 60 days because a first payment can be refunded for 30. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the reward for it is taken back.
Each code works for a first purchase only, and for up to 25 of them on a customer's code. We may pause a code that is posted on a coupon site or used to mislead, and what it earned that way is not paid.
Say that you are rewarded
Whenever you share your code or your link, say plainly that you are rewarded if someone uses it.
In the United States the Federal Trade Commission requires this, and the words "affiliate link" by themselves are not enough.
A sentence such as "I get a reward if you sign up with my code" beside the code does it.
Partners and tax
The company that pays partners is in the United States. Before a first payment, a partner in the United States is asked for a form W-9, and a partner elsewhere for a form W-8BEN.
