WordPress support
Help with your WordPress site when something breaks or needs changing. On a care plan it comes as a set amount of time each month. Without a plan, you can buy a single fix.
In short
- Support on a plan is a monthly allowance of time, written out in minutes or hours.
- The Care plan includes 90 minutes a month. The Business plan includes 3 hours.
- Without a plan, a Quick Fix covers one issue on one site.
- Start with a free diagnosis. You get a written cause and a fixed quote.
Something on your site has stopped working, or needs a change you would rather not make yourself. WordPress support is how you hand that to us. You describe the problem, and we find the cause and fix it.
There are two ways to buy it. A care plan includes a set amount of time each month for fixes and small edits, on top of the upkeep the plan already does. If you do not want a plan, a Quick Fix covers a single issue. The prices for both are on this page.
What is included
- Care plan: 90 minutes of fixes and small edits a month. Malware cleanup is included. The plan also carries everything in the Essential plan: weekly updates with a visual check and rollback, daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, security scanning and a monthly report.
- Business plan: everything in Care, with 3 hours of fixes and edits a month. Updates are tested on a staging copy first, and the plan includes a quarterly speed tune-up.
- Quick Fix: no plan needed. One issue on one site, up to about an hour of work. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing. The fix has a 30-day warranty.
- Plan terms: month to month, cancel any time, with 30 days' money back on the first payment.
The Essential plan has no support time. It suits a site that only needs upkeep.
How it works
Step 1: Ask for a free diagnosis
Tell us what you see through the free diagnosis form: the page, the message on screen, and what changed just before it started.
Step 2: Get a written cause and a fixed quote
We reply in writing with what is causing the problem and what the fix would cost.
Step 3: We do the work
On a plan, the time comes out of that month's allowance. As a Quick Fix, you pay only if the problem is fixed.
Step 4: Check the result
Load the page and confirm it works. A Quick Fix stays under warranty for 30 days.
What it does not cover
- Open-ended time. An allowance is a number of minutes or hours. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. Work beyond the allowance is charged at the hourly rate, and we quote it first.
- Building new things. New features, custom code and redesigns are larger jobs and get a written quote. See custom development.
- Anything that is not WordPress. Your email, your domain registration and your hosting account stay with the companies that provide them.
- Writing your content. We place the words and images you send. We do not write them.

Common questions
What can I use the time for?
Fixes and small edits. A fix puts a fault right: an error after an update, a form that stopped sending, a page that will not load. A small edit changes what is already there, such as new text or a replaced image. The website edits page covers edits in more detail.
Can I try to fix it myself first?
Yes. The error guides walk through common WordPress faults step by step. If a guide does not clear it, send us what you tried and what happened.
Where is the support team?
WP Ministry is a US company. The support team works from our operations office in Asia, so much of its working day is the night and early morning in North America. Support is given in English.
