Who We Are Looking For
WordPress Engineers
Experienced WordPress developers who can diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, manage plugin and theme ecosystems, optimise site performance, harden security, and build custom solutions. You should be comfortable with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and the WordPress internals. Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, server administration, and security hardening is highly valued.
This is not a build-and-forget development role. Our engineers maintain hundreds of WordPress sites — updating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving them every single day. You will see every type of WordPress problem, learn from patterns across a massive site portfolio, and develop expertise that few other roles can match.
Support Specialists
Customer-facing technical support professionals who can communicate clearly, diagnose issues efficiently, and ensure every client interaction leaves the client feeling heard and helped. You should understand WordPress well enough to triage issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems to engineering with clear context.
Content Writers
Technical content writers who can produce clear, accurate, SEO-optimised WordPress tutorials, guides, and articles. You should be able to explain complex technical concepts in language that non-technical site owners can understand and act on. Experience with WordPress, SEO writing, and content marketing is essential.
Operations and Growth
As we scale, we will need people in operations, client success, partnership management, and growth marketing. If your skills fit somewhere in the WP Ministry mission and you do not see a specific listing, we still want to hear from you.
